Find your way on the road to accountability. This interactive workshop will explore accountability practices of registered charities and non-profit organizations. Using a self-diagnostic tool, you will assess your organization’s current accountability practices and start to develop an action plan. A toolkit containing a self-diagnostic pack, a handbook, tip sheets and checklists will assist you. Be prepared to surprise yourself with the accountability practices that your organization may already have.
If you are a board member, Executive Director or a senior manager of a non-profit or charitable organization, this workshop is for you.
