The RISE Network works with public libraries to provide Albertans with opportunities to communicate with health care professionals, participate in distance education, attend meetings, learn new skills and more – all by videoconference from their local library.

‘Grow Your Own Food’ from Lethbridge Public Library and Chinook Food Connect

Wednesday, May 4, 2016 - 7:00pm - 8:30pm

This session will be presented by four local groups sharing practices and tips for growing food in Southwest Alberta. Topics explored will include sustainability, affordability, small space gardens, and growing in alternative spaces like school classrooms.
