This interactive lesson will allow students to experience hypnosis and will teach how to enter a state of hypnosis on their own. Learn how to use this state of hypnosis to improve their lives and to harness the power of their own subconscious mind for relaxation, and the management of stress, sleep, and anxiety.

Edible Gardens

We’ve partnered with Alberta Health Services (AHS) for Emergency Medical Services Week 2013 to help raise awareness of what kids need to know in a health care emergency to get the right help to them as quickly as possible, and what to do until help arrives.
 
This interactive session will be presented by two representatives from AHS: JoAnn Cazakoff, Public Education Officer, Emergency Medical Services and Rachelle Bérubé Coordonnatrice des Services de santé en français / Coordinator for Health Services in French.
