Having irregular sleep or sleep disturbance can affect all aspects in our lives. Handling these disturbances with poor coping techniques can magnify the cause of a bad sleep. Through this workshop you will learn healthy and effective techniques to try and get your sleep back in order. You will learn about sleep hygiene, sleep debt and causes of sleep loss.

Participants will learn proven techniques, while exploring the following: the need to say no, barriers to saying no, the skills involved in saying no, holding our no and some practice saying no.

Self-Hypnosis
