Join the McMillen Center for Health Education to learn how to keep your brain active. During the program, seniors (or adult learners!) will explore various behaviours that can boost brain performance by participating "in their seat" activities. Participants will learn the importance of staying mentally and physically fit with regular exercise and nutrition.

This presentation is interactive and requires some props, which can be printed out at your library. Files and instructions will be posted soon.
